Mitchell D Lee got his start as an Engineer. He shifted from Project Engineering, building things, to Plant Engineer, to learn about the production side of the business. That’s when he began writing equations around price, value and quality and fell in love with pricing. He’s been doing pricing related stuff since 1991. That’s right, this guy has more than 3 decades of pricing experience working for companies like Orica and BASF. He believes deeply that pricing must involve profitability management and that pricers have an expansive leadership opportunity.
