As General Counsel, Sian Story is passionate about making sure the cogs behind the scenes turn so smoothly that no one even notices they’re turning. She works on nearly all customer contracts, and is proud of the legal team she has built at Vendavo. It makes her happy to hear them described as “easy and enjoyable to work with,” as legal teams are too often seen as a “blocker.” Sian is proud that her team has a true partnership with the business because it is a much more fulfilling way to work – and creates better outcomes for everyone.
